Customization Order

1. The manufacturing process for the designs that are not currently available will take around 40–45 working days.

2. Customised orders are taken on an advance basis (100% payment) and cannot be cancelled.

3. Advance amount paid for customisation orders is non-refundable.

4. There will be a +/- 10% weight variation from the quote given.

5. Details of weight and price of the product after manufacturing will be conveyed through WhatsApp, Mail, or Phone.
