CANCELLATION POLICY
Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been dispatched. If product is not shipped within 24 hours and a cancellation request is made, the amount refunded would be subject to bank charges and refunded amount would be total amount less bank charges for the payment facility provided.
• There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
• No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Glitz Jewels marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. This should be reported within 6 hours of receipt of the products.
• If product received is not as shown on the site or as described, or if any other design is received other than what is shown in the picture, customers must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 12 hours of receiving the product.
• Sterling silver will tarnish with time and wear. To maintain the colour of your jewellery, proper handling must be taken. Please refer to the Jewellery Care Section.
• No exchange of products in case the colour of the products changes with time. Polishing of products will be done on request with additional charges. Contact Us if there is any need for polishing.
REFUND POLICY
Terms and Condition required to be displayed are shown. But customers who have unique request are always free to contact us. We will try to offer best possible solutions based on the circumstances.
• Many online ecommerce websites offer unconditional returns or no questions asked return facility. But such facility is not available with us and Glitz Jewels can assure that the product will be as shown in pictures and product description.
• All the payments are subject to bank charges and order cancellation request made on the same day of order provided if such order is not shipped can be refunded only after deducting bank charges.
• If the product is damaged in transit, report it within 12 hours of receiving with proof of clear unboxing video. Return product has to be sent back, and after examining, replacement will be sent within 5–7 working days.
• If product is not as per description, report within 12 hours with clear unboxing video. After verification, refund or replacement will be processed. Return courier charges apply in all cases.
• Customers can find the full shop address at Contact Us page. Products listed online are ready for customers to check before buying.
• For other cases, email glitzjewels@myyahoo.com. Products are checked and packed carefully. Return refunds will deduct one-way shipping charges.
• Shipping charges paid by customers are non-refundable once shipped.
• Website materials, designs, and graphics are owned/licensed to us. Reproduction is prohibited.
• Unauthorized use may lead to claims or criminal offense. External links are for information only.
• You may not link to this website without Glitz Jewels’ written consent.
• Failure to deliver the product (if all above points are not valid) will result in a refund within 5 working days.
International Shipping and Customs Duties:
• International customers are responsible for customs duties and import rules in their country. Glitz Jewels is not liable for customs fees, and refusal to pay customs does not entitle to refund.
• Use of this website and disputes are subject to the laws of India.
• During festival seasons, delivery delays may occur. Please plan ahead if delivery is required before festivals (minimum 3–5 days for certain regions).
