Note: Customers who visit the payment page are requested not to use back or refresh button since it could result in payment debited twice. Each payment page provides a link to redirect to our website. Please use the same link to come back to Glitz Jewels in case automatic redirect does not happen.

Note on GST: As per GST norms, 3% tax is applicable on Gold & Silver Jewellery and for all orders within India, GST of 3% will be added to order total.

• The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

• The photographs of the products are not scaled to size. Most of the products are magnified or close-up shots and size and colour may vary when physically seen. Due to practical difficulties like colour settings in each monitor, we cannot guarantee exact colour in photographs.

• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

• You have already seen our return policy and accept the content.

• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt.

• For multiple orders with the same shipping address, items may be combined and sent as a single package. Customers are requested to check the contents with the invoice. If the package weight was below 500 grams, customers can request a refund of multiple shipping charges paid.

• If you feel the product received is not as shown on the site or as per expectations, notify our customer service within 12 hours of receiving the product. If confirmed that the exact product shown was sent, we cannot process returns or refunds.

• Sterling silver will tarnish with time and wear. To maintain the colour of your jewellery, proper handling is required.

• No exchange of products if colour changes over time. Polishing is available on request with additional charges. CONTACT US if needed.

• For international orders delivered within India, full billing address matching the payment card is required. Glitz Jewels is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling by recipients.

Short Note about our Return Policy

Customers, please note we do not provide “Easy Returns” or “Send back if you don’t like it” options like some big multi-vendor websites. We assure that only products shown in pictures and as described are sent. For customers unsure, we invite you to visit our Coimbatore office, view the product in person, and buy only if satisfied. Check our FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS page for more details. You can also request more product pictures via WhatsApp.

Refund Policy

• Many online ecommerce websites offer unconditional returns, but such facility is not available with us. We assure products match the description and pictures.

• All payments are subject to bank charges. Cancellation requests made the same day (if not shipped) can be refunded after deducting bank charges.

• For damaged items in transit, report immediately or within 12 hours with a clear unboxing video. After verification, replacement will be provided.

• For items not matching the description, report within 12 hours with proof. If verified, return within 5 working days for a refund. Return courier charges apply to all orders.

• Our full shop address is available at contact us page. Customers unsure about products are welcome to visit and check in person before buying.

• For other cases, email glitzjewels@myyahoo.com. All items are carefully checked and packed. Shipping charges will be deducted from refunds if returned.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable once products are shipped.

• This website contains material owned or licensed to us, including design, layout, and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited.

• All trademarks reproduced here are acknowledged.

• Unauthorized use may result in damages or criminal offense. We are not responsible for external websites linked here.

• You may not link to this website without Glitz Jewels’ written consent.

• International Shipping and Customs Duties: Customers outside India are responsible for customs duties. Glitz Jewels is not liable for such charges, and refusal to pay customs does not entitle to refunds.

• Use of this website and disputes are governed by Indian law.

• During festival seasons, deliveries may be delayed. Please plan orders accordingly (minimum 3–5 days extra).
